"From the moment we pulled in, the hospitality was evident. The front office staff were friendly and offered us homemade cookies made fresh daily and gym passes to the local gym. "Room was very nice. Clean. Amenities were fantastic. Location excellent and staff courteous and professional."

"I absolutely love staying at this hotel. Even though it’s a “keyless,“ hotel, there are wonderful staff willing to help you every single day. I love the location. I love the showers."

"Great staff. Clean and cute. Enjoyed my stay!"

"The hotel was centrally located to Little Italy, Sea Port Village, and Gaslamp. We could not have asked for a better room. And the view of the harbor was amazing. The staff were super friendly. And a bonus for me is they have coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs a day."
