"When I arrived noticed hotel was in a bad area of San Diego after I checked in I noticed bed was broken. Asked to move rooms was dismissed by front desk personnel. Woke up in the morning to cockroaches. Unsafe area. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere safe and clean."

"The ONLY reason we selected this hotel, my wife had an early, 6:30 am flight from San Diego to Missouri. The hotel web site said free shuttle service to the airport. When my wife checked in, the front desk said they haven't had the airport shuttle for several years???? Why didn't they update the ..."

The Sofia Hotel
"The Sophia was an awesome quaint hotel. It had all the amenities. Our room had a street view and in the distance you could see the beach. I wish we would’ve stayed more than one night. Definitely looking forward to staying here again. !"
