"The room was horrible couldn’t walk around barefoot unless you wanted your bottom of your feet black . Air conditioner filters were nasty and had plumbing issues where the toilet wouldn’t go done . Let mess after they tried to fix it . Ask housekeeping to change our sheets and they couldn’t communicate with us . Pool was down unable to use . Very sketchy place . Beds horrible . Much as we paid for three nights here won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone"

"I recently stayed at this property. The hotel was not well maintained, and the cleanliness inside was far below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, it did not feel like a clean or properly cared-for environment."

"Overall, a little disappointed with our stay at the Quality Inn. The decorative blanket on the bed had visible stains, and when we asked for clean sheets and notified the front desk, we were told “just because there’s stains doesn’t mean it’s dirty,” which was very off-putting. We also had ongoing issues with the tub not draining while showering. The water filled high enough to cover the jets, causing hairs to come up through the drain. We reported it right away and were told someone would come fix it, but nobody showed up until my husband went downstairs with photos. Maintenance temporarily resolved it, but the draining issue continued the rest of our stay. The staff’s lack of urgency and unwillingness to offer another room or any kind of discount made the experience even more frustrating."
