"I recently stayed at the Gilmore 6/13/2026-6/14/2026 and was disappointed by how a noise complaint was handled.
The property’s posted quiet hours were repeatedly violated by a neighboring guest, causing significant disruption late at night. To avoid any conflict, I chose not to confront the guest directly and instead reported the issue to management.
I provided management with video footage documenting the disturbance and expected the hotel’s quiet hour policy to be enforced. Unfortunately,...

"Convenient location, clean room, comfortable beds. All the basics are covered well.
Groceries, food joints within walking distance, parking spaces provided. Xavier was very helpful and fun to talk to.
