Loved all of it! Location, hospitality, comfy bed, extra blankets, fluffy towels, great A/C and wifi, plenty of restrooms and refrigerators and the courtyard kitchen! The people in San Pancho are the friendliest and the amazing, healthy food options are endless! I want to stay forever! I'll be back soon!

I am in love with San Pancho and can't thank Akoma enough for their hospitality and comfortable lodging. Absolutely everything was wonderful. Location, amenities, wifi, A/C, plenty of restrooms, extra blankets & pillows, and fluffy towels. Loved the courtyard kitchen! Thank you Akoma! I look forward to my return!

This is a safe and friendly location. They are under some construction and hopefully will renovate some of the bathroom and showers. This needs some help. Overall no problems

The room needed a table and more hooks on the wall. Everything had to go on the floor. Wifi was patchy. It’s an odd place: they lock up the door and leave at night. Common area was good.

I had the deluxe room which consisted of a bedroom and sitting room and my own bathroom. The bed is kingsized and very comfortable. The sitting room had a little table and two chairs. A coffee pot and a fridge. If you want a hot shower, turn on the tap and wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive. It is a pleasant place with an inner, community kitchen.

The place is simple, as it´s offered. The staff is great, friendly, looking for solutions, and available most of the time. They are striving for a great service, and they take care of the details, which sometimes counts more than other things. I can see this place will get better by the day. A beautiful and humble project.

Cozy, clean & Quiet

Cozy, quiet boutique hostel in the heart of town. Has an African vibe with really cool artwork throughout. They have just recently opened so it was nice to have such clean facilities. Comfortable bed with lush bedding! We slept great. My 4-star rating was simply because of the water pressure. I discussed it with them as we were leaving. I was asked to give verbal feedback as they are striving to make this a really wonderful place for people to come. Kind staff. Great vibe! I would definitely recommend this to budget travelers! We will be back for sure :)

We enjoyed our stay well enough but feel there's room for improvement. Our room was next to the lobby with no windows, and the listing gave the impression our room would have a private bathroom and be bigger so we were a disappointed but we stayed as there was nothing else in our budget available last minute. There was almost no privacy for sound, which wasn't ideal. We paid for a private room so we could have privacy and it wasn't as we expected. More sound barriers would improve the room. The locks on the sliding doors weren't very secure but the area in general feels pretty safe. If we had anything valuable besides the basics we carried with us when we were out, we'd have been hesitant to leave it there though. There aren't any handrails on the staircases inside which you need to use to get in after hours and could be a danger. Use caution there! Cleanliness could be improved - maybe a good scrub of floors on occasion and more frequent tidying. We had lots of bags and had to put them on the floor and anything that got on the floor got full of dust. Folding luggage tables could help. The bathrooms could use a good scrub as well. Positives : A /C works great!!! Kitchen space, has what was needed and was nice and fun to chat there and meet others. Walkability is great. This was one of our quieter spots in San Pancho/Sayulita, and front desk staff and people working there were friendly and helpful for us.
