La habitación está bien, no se ve en mal estado, el problema es la zona y el tipo de huéspedes. Solo tener cuidado con los alrededores, en general el hotel es funcional si planeas gastar poco o solo irás a dormir. No hay limpieza diaria, solo lo entregan limpio el primer día ñ, por si tienes planeado quedarte más tiempo lo tengas contenplado

This hotel is not as advertised. Not only is there no onsite restaurant, there never has been. One looks to have been started, but construction clearly stopped some time ago. It is an empty room with derelict furniture and a bucket collecting water from a leak. On booking, it says, and there are pictures to trick you, that you will be provided with toiletries and tea and coffee in the room. You will not. The communal hallway and lift is absolutely filthy and has not been cleaned for some time. Whilst the rooms were clean, the toilet did not flush in either room I booked. The single glazing is entirley inappropriate for the area, you will be kept awake all night by sirens, cars, shouting. I do not know how it would be possible to sleep here. The area is my biggest issue. It is unsanitary and unsafe. There was human feaces on the pavement and there is a large homeless population who openly use drugs day and night. If you are not familiar with San Fransisco, dont stay in this area, it really is as bad as you can imagine. There should absolutely be some sort of warning when booking, as two women travelling alone we felt exteremely unsafe. The one redeeming feature was the immediate refund we were offered when we had to book another hotel. Although, we feel that we should also be refunded for the night we had to stay there, and this not been forthcoming. I say had, as staying at this motel 6 any longer would have ruined our trip.

staff was nice and allowed us to check in 30 minutes later than expected. in a rather sketchy area of sf. overall pretty average stay for a motel!

Tv was broken and staff were unhelpful and neglectful of the situation. Never received room service throughout my entire stay and had to go up to the front desk to ask for more towels and toilet paper. There were cockroaches on the floor. The floors and walls were very thin and could not sleep well due to loud noises from the streets and through the hallways and above my room. Overall felt unsafe and could not rest well due to location and negligence of this building.

Large extremely clean room and bathroom, bed was very comfortable and there is a large walk in wardrobe. The building itself is old and in need of some renovation but there had been a start on this before we left. Staff was very accomodating and helpful. The only slight negatives were we had to ask for room service, the bath was needing replacing, the room definitely needs a chair at the desk and the website stated there was coffee making facilities in the room but there were none. The area has a lot of homeless but they keep themselves to themselves. There are also quite a few nice eateries especially La Lafayette on Larkin Street for the best breakfast. Overall I would recommend staying here for a clean comfortable reasonably priced visit

The property was ok for the area, basice room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. The area was terrible, lots of homeless and drugs being used and sold on the street. Streets covered in feces, both animal and human. Will definitely not visit again

Very bad neighborhood. People were smoking fentanyl on the streets and you had to dodge piles of poop. Water was pouring down in the bathroom from the room above us. With all the water leakage I’m worried about the structural integrity of the building.

Area outside the hotel isn’t the best. But staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Easy to walk around the area. The only big thing I wish it had was ac. However having the windows open helped out significantly.

The hotel room did not even look like what the pictures show, no parking so it would take us almost 2 hours to be able to find parking. The room didn’t have AC, the bathroom didn’t have a vent & it was moldy

Die Unterkunft war okay, Bett bequem und alles hat funktioniert. Die Straßen um die Unterkunft waren voll von Obdachlosen und es stank. Ich war froh, dass ich dort nicht alleine war und eine Freundin dabei hatte. Ich habe mich in der Umgebung sehr unsicher gefühlt und als Frau hat man von den Obdachlosen immer unschöne Kommentare bekommen. Die Unterkunft kann ich nicht empfehlen, wenn man alleine unterwegs ist.

The housekeeping needs to check more if we need towels or if we need someone to clean while we where there no one ever came to check or knock if we needed something!
