I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, parking is free (which is a huge plus), and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area.
However, there were a few disappointments that impacted our stay. The listing was a bit misleading, we were expecting a mini fridge in the room, but there wasn’t one. The TV was also not working during our stay, and while the room was clean, it definitely looked like it could use some maintenance and updating and the walls are pretty thin you could hear others next door.
One of the biggest issues was the lack of clarity in the online description. Had the amenities and room details been more accurately described, I likely would have chosen to upgrade to a different room. Additionally, Expedia indicated that early check-in was available for a fee, but when I asked the front desk, I was told this wasn’t an option and had to wait until the standard 3 PM check-in time. It would be helpful if this information were clearly and accurately reflected online to avoid confusion.
Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but better transparency in the listing would have made a big difference in managing expectations.
