Hotel murah di Lembah San Joaquin

"Durante la madrugada se fue la electricidad en el hotel y nadie nos informó lo que estaba sucediendo. Debido a la falta de luz no pudimos bañarnos, ya que el baño estaba completamente oscuro. Tampoco había aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía mucho calor. Además, no pudimos desayunar y no había servicio de internet ni línea telefónica. Expedia se comunicó con el hotel y nos informó que alguien se pondría en contacto con nosotros en la habitación, pero nunca llegó nadie. Al momento del check-out...

"Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". I could see from the parking that many mountain side rooms are available ! The motel is right on the 5 freeway. The noise is much less on the mountain side. Noise is the main issue with this motel. "We enjoyed every aspect of our stay on breakfast was sufficient. Not quite what we were looking for. We stayed for four nights and we ate breakfast there two times. You were happy they had yogurt and muffins. The pancakes came out of the machine that makes them for you. They were very thin. Not very enjoyable. But what I looked the most is they had coffee 24/7. I brought my service dog and they were all very nice and respectful with her. We would stay again."

"The staff were helpful! There was a red stain on the sheet, but they were quick to give a new one! Parking was convenient, the room was relatively clean minus a few spots in the bathroom. Can be very loud, first night had people barbecuing around 8:30 with their family and the noise cut through the walls pretty easily."
