"Me he quedado mucha veces en este hotel siempre ha sido excelente. En esta ocasión no encontraba mi reservación. Tardé casi 20 minutos en la recepción. Mi reservación está pagada con Hotels y la señorita decia que no estaba pagada. En la habitación no había amenidades. No voy a ser vivar. No había un Tel. donde comunicarte, la secadora no servía, las toallas rotas, el WC sucio. Afortunadamente en el desayuno nos atendió Nico una excelente atención."

" El lugar limpio ameno, solo el WC, no sirve bien cuando uno lo usa, despues de eso este no corta para llenar el deposito y se tira mucha agua, si uno lo usa e inmediatamente sale se queda desperdiciando el agua Cuarto 250, desayuno muy bueno, alberca muy bien"

"This hotel has terrible communication with Expedia. They wanted me to pay when I had already paid, Expedia gave me confirmation #s hotel id #s and they still didn’t accept that I had paid. They said they would give me a room to stay for the night until the manager came in the next day and resolved the issue; they gave me a key to a room that was being used, I waited another 15 minutes until they came back with a key for another room. I checked in on a Friday and they didn’t confirm my stay until Saturday at around 11 am because I called to ask if the issue had been resolved. This was supposed to be a fun relaxing weekend and I was worried about being kicked out until they cleared it up. I don’t think I would stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend."
