"Extremely clean property with exceptional attention to detail and great service from all the staff we interacted with. Room was great, spacious and clean, and was done every day on time and turn down service every night. Would like to shout out a couple employees from the pool staff who went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay - Roberto and Leonardo were amazing! They quickly learned our names and drink preferences and gave us excellent attention, care and service every day! Also, special shout out to Susana from the entertainment team. She provided a very fun and memorable experience at the Black jack table during casino night. Great work Susana!! Also, a couple employees at dinner really made an impact with their level of service - Christian at the Portofino Italian restaurant provided amazing service with a smile and Itsumi our teppanyaki chef at the Himitsu Japanese restaurant was extremely entertaining and made our experience so fun and memorable. All the food we had was tasty and prepared quickly and perfectly. Overall, we loved our stay here and would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay with excellent service."

"My background is I stayed 1-2 other all inclusive that were great. Little did I know, that here, I was the second class of a other guests . Not all restaurants available, what was there had limited hours, all closed at 6. Towels were so old, tired and worn out, lacking real hot water, mini bar was zip, bartenders look like they straight up despised guests. Maybe I need more experiences in the area to be fair but I am somewhat disappointed with my experience especially the sales pitch upon registration to hook onto their new hotel."

"This is my second year back to the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and am looking forward to spending a third vacation with them again! From the moment you get to the property, you know you’re in for something special! This place embodies the word vacation to its fullest!! All of the staff is incredibly attentive! The cleanliness of the entire hotel is next level!. The food is so delicious! Start your day with a natural fruit/veggie juice juice/smoothie. Breakfast at Casa Cortez with the best beach views and the outstanding staff take care of the rest. They also have a breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet restaurant where they have something savory for everyone! Theres food by the pool also. And the only struggle you will have during this vacation is picking which of their 5 exquisite restaurants to have dinner at! They have nightly entertainment shows! This place is paradise!!! If you want to be pampered and have a relaxing vacation Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is the place to be!! You will never want to go anywhere else after coming here!! This has become a yearly tradition! If i could give it more stars i would!!"

"Good Grounds were well maintained Staff was friendly as usual although there is a high turnover rate with most leaving within a year. Wine was of better quality Improvement Needed No ice machines, need to fix and maintain existing ones Hotel "Greeter" made promise for additional water and beer and never executed (had 3 in a room) Beach restaurant went from buffet style to menu . This limited choices and personal preference. Soft serve ice cream machines were broken and inoperable. It was hot down there and needed Food quality, including new Mexican dishes, probably average at best. Still no freezer to hold local caught fish. They could get many additional guests if they provided this service for free like they did several years back. Fishing friends staying at nearby hotels who offer this service. I'm still planning on booking this hotel if they can work on the improvement list. Their friendly staff makes them special as we have been staying at the hotel for 6 years now (twice per year)"
