"There was a lot of things that stood out. The room was very clean, there were great amenities including a place to purchase water ( at a reasonable price), ice machine, close by and a microwave and mini-fridge inside the room. I loved that there was a shuttle service to and from the airport that was really not too far at all. I would definitely come stay here again, next time I come to San Jose.

"It took 20 min. to check in. The guy at the front couldn't figure out how to give us 2 rooms close together. Our 1st room smelled like urine. We went back and immediately asked for a different room. The next room didn't smell bad but didn't have that fresh clean smell. The breakfast was sparse. Hard boiled eggs that wouldn't peel. Funny tasting yogurt. We were there 3 days & they didn't come give clean towels or TP once. Don't stay here. "

"The staff we very friendly and the location is ideal. However, we had several broken things in our room, and our second room had a broken AC unit. We had such a short stay, and the many things that were broken made it unsatisfactory!"
