"I checked out in around 8 pm and was treated as an annoyance rather than a guest. No eye contact from the desk person. Mumbled sentences, zero introduction to the property or what it had to offer. Could not get rid of me fast enough. Security in the parking lot and lobby elevator hall very poor. ..."
