"We love the decor and vibe of this boutique hotel. The rooftop amenities are nice though we didn't use. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. We decided to extend our stay by one night. To do so, we had to check out of the upgraded room by 11 a.m. on our original checkout date, which was completely understandable. The disappointing part was having to wait until 3 p.m. to check into the new room. That may be standard policy, but since we were already guests, I had hoped we could move into an available room sooner rather than having to carry our luggage around or store it with the hotel. The second room had an ozone cleaning machine in it. I understand these are used for odor treatment, but knowing the room should remain vacant for a period after use made me uneasy since I had no way of knowing when it had actually finished running. The floor in that room was also very dirty. I took my socks off to walk to the bathroom for a shower, and within seconds my feet were black with dirt and debris. Thankfully, the female staff member working that evening was incredibly kind and helpful. She immediately moved us to another room and even mopped the floor herself before we moved in. She truly went above and beyond, and I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her. One small note: the mini fridge is only large enough for a couple of water bottles, no room at all for leftovers, and there are no microwaves in the rooms."

"Had an amazing experience at this hotel . Smooth check in / check out. Staff was knowledgeable, attentive accommodating. And kind Rooms very clean/ spacious and modern feel. Would stay again without hesitation. Parking should be included for guests. A nice area close to restaurants, stores, and beach."

"Although we arrived at check in time, our room wasn’t ready. We waited about 10 minutes until they said it was ready and checked us in. The AC definitely worked. The room was too cold at times. We did enjoy our stay. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. The area was full of places to eat and beautiful ocean views. The room attendant was friendly and helpful. We did find the floor needed cleaning though. We couldn’t walk barefoot in our room without our feet getting dirty, so we used our slides."

"The hotel is in the heart of Old San Juan and close to nearby shopping and even closer to the port. The rooms were clean and the remodeling did not take away from the ambiance. Upon entering the staff was very welcoming and provided suggestions for local places to eat. Whatever diffuser is used keeps the hotel smelling very delightful. Overall I would rate this hotel a 10!"
