"Hello, my stay at Embassy was amazing!! It started off funky because we stayed at the Hyatt for the first night because of overbooking on your behalf. However, Ive stayed here before the pandemic at least twice with family and its still a nice place to stay... What makes Embassy a place for me to stay are your staff members!! I would especially like to thank Raul, the breakfast KING! Blanca the kindest, most helpful woman at the front desk and she's in the right spot too, greeting everyone and very helpful!! Also the bartenders at happy hour reception especially Adrian!! You all have made my stay that much more comfortable, thank you! I celebrated my girlfriend's 55 birthday here this week and we will definitely come back!! Just a few upgrades to think about Pool area (lighting maybe?) Breakfast menu (add meat plz) ham and bacon are good options but plz add more! Maybe add some guineos too! Overall your establishment is amazing plz give these particular people what they deserve! They earn it everyday!! Thank you! "

"La Concha was first rate Beautiful hotel and amenities The staff was very accommodating except they split my family up in different towers which made it hard to visit their rooms You have to have a special wrist band to go to their room The beach staff happily set up chairs and umbrellas I liked the security there too I felt very safe Drinks and food was a bit pricey but there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance or you could take an Uber All and all I would definitely stay there again"

"Everything was wonderful Julio our housekeeper was fantastic, our room was spotless and cleaned every day by the time we returned to our room The woman who checked us in was super friendly and went over and beyond to help usI don’t remember her name but it began with a Y The loungers at the pool has trash around them and under the cushions "

"The hotel is located in a great area, very walkable. The hotel was beautiful and updated. The only complaint is the size of the rooms (they are very small). All staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool areas were well maintained and beautiful, and the food was delicious. "
