"I normally don’t leave reviews, but believe that I should share my experience, so travelers can make better decisions when choosing this hotel. I’ve stayed in this property several times before, and our experience this time was sub-par. It was absolutely not worth what I paid for 2 rooms. It was highly overpriced. With what I paid for, I expected a lot more. I paid over 30k for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms we were given are what you would expect from a budget inn or motel. The floors...

"Lack of sleep due to noise from motorcycles and cars. Other than that stuff welcome. Security very helpful in parking garage. Person checking the room before leaving very nice and helpfully."

"I had to fix the shower. The shower head was a rain rainfall type one and all but three of the holes were clogged so I had to go to Ace hardware, buy some WD-40 and a brush to clean all the calcification off. "

"The property is well maintained and clean. It’s a walking distance to Festive Mall. Our room is clean and updated. The staff are very friendly, respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our 4 days 3 nights. stay was great and comfortable. Definitely deserves a 5 Star rating!!!"

"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel. They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through."

"Rooms are comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. Quick to respond to requests for additional pillows. Aircon quick to get cold. Our room had a nice view of the pool. Room had a well equipped kitchenette. We did not use but nice to have if we wanted to heat up something. Hotel is just next to The Row which had lots of options for food."

"The room is spacious and very clean. Even though our stay was brief, we were impressed with the pool area and the comp breakfast. Thumbs up all they way."
