"Recomendadisimo"

"Front desk was terrible. We have to ask for coffee several times in the breakfast room"

"had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guatemala. I look forward to staying here again!"

"Recepción was great. Breakfast excellent. Our waiter was great."

"One of the most beautiful hotels we have experienced. My wife and I did the Acatenango summit and this is was the perfect place to recharge afterward. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful upstairs terrace while our room was being prepared and when we able to get into the room we were so pleased. The food and drink was superb and our outside terrace in our room had a beautiful rustic fountain."

Recomendado 100%!"

"Nice clean room, helpful staff, the breakfast was good with so many options to choose from. The downside only is the loud music on weekends that was playing till 2am."

"was raining and parking is so difficult to find, we end up soak and wet, my rubber shoes was wet and can not used for the day, end up buying another pair for this trip"
