Hotel Murah di San Luis Beach

"Wir waren dort für zwei Nächte. Als wir am ersten Tag eincheckten, war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig obwohl es bereits 17.00 Uhr war. Das Zimmer war aber absolut sauber, leise und sehr geräumig. Leider funktionierte der Ventilator im Bad nicht. Das war wie angegeben interkontinental. Die Waschmaschine des Hotels ist einfach schrecklich. "Hotel didn’t have a pleasant smell"

"When we arrived, the room wasn't clean, but we were immediately assigned another one; in the new room, the tv and the lamps didn't work, but again, everything was quickly resolved. Breakfast ends at 8:00 AM-which seems very early to me, though it was fine- and the coffee and waffles were especially good. My boys enjoyed it. We got up earlier and made the most of the day. The staff was definitely very friendly, which gives us the confidence to return."

"My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

"This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises."

"The motel is old. I've been staying there for 24 years. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works great, the staff is exceptional. I just spent a week there. I was also there 3 weeks ago. I love it!"

"I had issues with getting into my room with the card and had that changed out 3 times. Noticed the floors were not clean and found a dead cockroach under the sink. The following day room was restocked with towels but noticed they didn’t clean the room because the roach was still there and floors were still nasty. On top of that there was no breakfast, they only had waffles and coffee. They definitely made their images look really good but in reality wasn’t not great!!!"

"This is the worst motel I've ever seen. It is filthy, peeling paint all over, lewd graffiti on the walls inside the room, dirty stained mattress, exposed wiring, rusting furniture, broken door handles, filthy damaged curtains. A significant number of the rooms are completely empty with the windows wide open. Some of the rooms with open windows are full of stacks of old mattresses. It looks like an abandoned motel from a zombie movie."
