"Love this new hotel! The lobby is spacious and has a nice bar area. The rooms are quite big, bed was very comfortable and I also liked the pillows and bedding. The bathroom was big and I liked the toiletries because they had a lavender and eucalyptus scent. Breakfast selection was ok, but not spectacular. The blueberry muffins were the best part. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Avenue Inn is an incredible deal. While the exterior is not impressive, the rooms are clean and well appointed. For the low prices they charge, Avenue offers a great deal. And I particularly love the fact that they don't try to make it up through hidden charges. For example, at the front desk they offer $1 cans of Coke and other beverages as long as you pay cash. "This hotel has an amazing view of the bay. We saw all kinds of birds and wildlife on the water, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. The private beach is nice to walk on and there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.
