The property is clean but I had an issue with my room and could barely sleep. After a day of driving I was looking forward to getting some rest. But the heating unit in the room was very loud and kicked on every 10-15 minutes. So every 10-15 minutes it sounded like a car starting in the room, which kept waking me up. I tried to turn the unit off, but the thermostat was unresponsive. The display was lit, but none of the buttons worked. After waking up repeatedly, I finally called down to the office around 2:45-3am to see if they could move me to a different room so I could sleep, but nobody picked up. I tried going back to sleep, put pillows over my head, I even looked for a fuse box to turn off the power to the room, but nothing. I had received an automated text at 8:45 "How's your stay going?" So I responded to that, but of course the automated reply was "we're offline from 11pm-7am". I ended up just pulling off the blankets and a pillow and went down and slept in my car for a couple hours. In the morning I was miserable. Went to the office to complain but young lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do, told me to call the manager after 10am. They have free breakfast, so I went to get a cup of coffee but the coffee was empty. Later I called the manager but of course it went to voicemail. I sent an email, but don't yet see a response. But I do have 5 automated emails asking me for a "Review of my stay" so here it is: It sucked.
