"Check in experience was not good. Staff were talking about nothing pertaining to work and made us stand there. Person who checked us in was rude and short. We had requested a downstairs and employee got agitated. No amenities in room. We had to ask for dish soap and use our own paper towels. No shampoo/conditioner. No hand soap, no tissues.
