Overall the property was nice and clean. This hotel is in a safe quiet area of SLP that isn’t terribly far from the city plaza’s via ride share. Breakfast isn’t that great, but there’s plenty of options to ensure you have a mostly satisfying meal. Their evening social hour is really nice with snacks and drinks. Our main “complaint” during our stay was the construction going on next door that involved jack hammering at 7am right outside our window…but that isn’t something that the hotel really has any control over.

Our San Luis Potosí Stay

It was a great stay at Staybridge Suites San Luis Potosí. Everything was clean and organized. The staff was attentive and available and friendly. Breakfast was always fantastic. The overall hospitality experience was 1st class. Our room had great views of the city from the floor we were in. It was a safe environment as well. I would stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel in Lomas. Excellent service and tasty breakfast. Staff was excellent. My main complaint is that the towels are not cleaned properly. Every towel brought to us for 7 days had a grayish hue. It didn’t seem like they were bleached. I think they all need to be replaced at this point.

Stay was very nice, breakfast was good and we were surprised about the evening social three nights a week. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, two bedroom suite is very big. Enjoyed our stay very much, including shuttle back and from airport. The staff was very friendly but not very knowledgeable of the local area for recommendations of restaurants. Good value.

I definitely will stay here again. There are no robes but other than that the staff is great, the water pressure in the shower isn’t that strong but it’s not that bad. The views are wonderful!
