Auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel für einen erholsamen, angenehmen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sauber und gleicht zum Teil einem Park mit Palmen und verschiedene andere exotische Pflanzen. Die Abendunterhaltung leidet ein bisschen bedingt durch die Architektur des Atriums mit (zu)...

"For a 1* pension hotel the room I had as a solo traveller was superb ! Good sized room, sink, fridge, and balcony was just perfect. Also the property has clearly been renovated as everything appeared new and the common WC/ shower rooms are very modern with a very hot power shower. Raphael and Carlos keep the property spotlessly clean and do a great job. I highly recommend Pension Alcala, but its best to try and book a room with a balcony "

"Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep "

"Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner "
