The staff was great! The room was impecable. The location unbeatable. The main attractions are steps away. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Be mindful that it is a colonial city, so there will be stairs to get to your room.Everybody was very accomodating. The bed was super comfy and the room very cozy.

Bring your ear plugs. Our room shared a wall with a nightclub. Bass pounding music that vibtrated the bed, walls and tv attached to the wall from 8pm to 2:30 am. It was so loud we decided to leave a day early. The room itself was nice and the staff was very helpful. The main reason you stay in a hotel is to sleep and we couldn't do that here.

This is the second time we stayed here, different name the first time. This time under the Crisol name the property itself is nice, the staff, well the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing or saying. Always got different information for the same questions and prices were always different. Hotel staff were not very friendly and at times very rude. The Restaurant at both locations was fantastic food and drink. We usually go to San Miguel about every year to two years and don’t really know if we will stay here again. One last thing, we had to put a deposit on the room and before we checked out they literally went and checked the room then came back and said we would get the deposit back in 5 days. I thought it was kinda petty but whatever.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I always felt safe during my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 😊
