Everything was perfect!! The room was clean, the ac was cold and always working , the staff super friendly. Hotel is walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. Bed & pillows super comfy. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

La habitación era linda, con buenos espacios y limpia. El personal muy atento, con servicio de bellboy para ayudarte con estacionamiento y equipaje. Solo ojo porque el estacionamiento tienen un costo extra y no está en el hotel, pero el servicio para llevar y traer dl auto es muy bueno. Aire acondicionado muy bien .

The location is the obvious reason to stay here! Rooms are very clean. Prepare to use Google translate if you don't speak any Spanish. The only drawback, is there's not really any hot water. Very luke warm at best.

The room was small. Nothing exciting about the hotel. Very plain and basic. The stairs are steep to get up to the rooms. No elevator. They charge you for the coffee pods and a little sweet treat they leave in the room. There was no price on them to let you know they were not complimentary. I could have gotten much better coffee at Starbucks. Which is right on the corner. I would definitely not stay there again or recommend this hotel. There are much nicer places you can stay at with more charm. This was the first time I have been to a hotel where they charge for coffee they leave in the room. I would give this hotel a 2 out of 5.

Down falls. Only stairs and if you get the wrong room you will be listening to the rooftop bar till 11pm during the week and 2am on weekends. It’s not slightly loud, it’s extremely loud. I was charged $20 usd for makeup on a wash cloth they didn't even try cleaning.

Casa 2 is extremely LOUD no where in the description does it state if you're sent to Casa 2 you'll be a block away from the main Hotel no sight of the San Miguel Church. We were never handed a key to our room, I was told computers were down and they could not generate a key. We were at their mercy to open my room door anytime we had to leave. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ....DO NOT STAY HERE ... SHADY

The place was GREAT. Came for a wedding and they where soppose to leave some goddy bags in my room. And because the light were out when we checked in. Bags and other stuff that was supposed to be in my room were not delivered to the wrong room. So communication not good. Thanks for a great stay. And I almost forgot my room was missing my coffee machine. I never use them. But they did had the pods for SALE but no machine. Room was Clean. Great air conditioning
