Everything was great, rooms are comfortable and in great condition. The only thing was the bathroom, it had a bad smell because of the shower drain, other than that it was great!

Me encantó !! Fui con mi esposo y está súper bonito, el personal súper atento !! Si llevas automóvil a una calle hay una pensión !

Beautiful hotel and amenities in a Great Location!! Digital Check In was a bit complicated. We did the check in and submitted all the information. We arrived to the location and tried the Check In option at 3:30 and it was saying it was too early to check in. I tried contacting them through the number on WhatsApp, and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. It took about 30 to 40 minutes in order for someone to help out. They weren’t too helpful and weren’t understanding that no code was being sent to us and there was no option. After about five minutes, they were able to resolve the issue, but never responded back to any of my messages.

Also, after this issue was solved, we haven't received any messages from you until check-out. If you tried to contact us, we didn't receive anything.

Excelente servicio y todo estaba impecable. El restaurante tenía comida muy rica a muy buen precio.

La ubicación está increíble. Está a solo tres cuadras de la iglesia, hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. La habitación era muy cómoda y el acceso fue sencillo, toda la información para ingresar la recibí en mi celular.

La habitación estaba muy cómoda y limpia. Vinimos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novio, el staff de HOLT me ayudo a decorar para sorprenderlo. Agradezco mucho la atención!

Lovely place and excellent location. Everything is close, and the street where the hotel is located is lovely as well. Our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all we needed. The HOLT staff was friendly and always available. Highly recommended!
