We liked the location, staff , particularly in the restaurant, the guitar player in the restaurant, and the service. The hotel is very clean and staff personable. The water temperature in the shower was hard to adjust and no hot water in the sink.

The hotel was beautiful, but I did not have an ounce of sleep at night due to the building making noises such as loud banging even tho it was 1 am 2 am and there was not construction going on this happened every 15 minutes if it wasn’t for that it would have gotten a 10/10, staff was amazing! Maybe it was just the room we stayed at but that’s my experience

The location is what makes this hotel fantastic, you cannot beat being right in the center of the action. However, the hotel lacked atmosphere, where others in the city had a bar or rooftop, this location shut down after 9pm. There was no coffee or tea service in the room, we struggled to get constant hot water and the room was cramped (could not open closet door because of bedside table). The staff were very helpful (Maria) and the rooms were very clean.
