Excellent location. Walking distance of everything. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. However, we were not aware that the hotel is currently under construction. Although we did not spend most of the day at the hotel, it was an inconvenience to go in and out while the workers were busy.

Great location, the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, however the window in our room faced the rooftop patio and with the lights on you could see in our room. Other than that I would stay here again.

Great location

Very nice clean rooms. Good recommendations for where to go and where to eat. The bells ring for mass start ringing at 6:30 am.

It is right across from the church and in front of the main plaza, expect lots of noise, the hotel rooms are not soundproof, bring good quality silicone earplugs if you want to sleep, and make sure your room has a functioning AC. The staff was helpful and I felt safe.

Very inexpensive and last minute option in a great location in San Miguel. Unfortunately they were doing some construction, and we lost water multiple times during our stay. The staff was super friendly, but I wouldn’t say this was the most reliable option given the issues we had with a primary resource like water. Given the cost though, we weren’t entirely surprised.

The hotel is in a great location right on the main plaza. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The main issue was there is no window or fresh air at all in the room (room 102). Other rooms have external windows, so recommend asking for a different room if you are offered 102. Also no fridge, kettle etc but they do offer free coffee in the foyer. A beautiful town worth visiting.

The pictures displayed for room aren’t close to what I got. During my booking I selected the room with Clawfoot Tub. However, on my arrival the front desk lady said that pictures displayed on Expedia don’t reflect their room accommodations which is really sad and frustrating.

Beware!

As soon as we arrived I realized that the hotel was nothing like the pictures, NOTHING! There was some work being done on it, but that was not the problem. It was so run down and then we got the keys to our rooms…that was the worst part! The rooms were sooooooo old and dingy. The bedspreads were full of stains, the carpet was old and dirty, the seating areas also were run down and full of stains. There was no way we could stay the night there! We spoke with the receptionist and advised her that these conditions were not acceptable and she offered to move us to their sister hotel just around the corner. We left and that hotel was ok. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The pictures on Expedia are misleading, and they had trouble finding my res and tried to put me in a room with NO windows, then found one with a window. But today i have to move to a different room since the one they gave me has two beds. But this will be a step up because it has lamps which last nights room didn't, only bright overhead. It is located on the main square but needs updating

Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Room has a roof top view but was not available due to construction. Be ready to walk with luggage in cobble stone streets for about two blocks since taxis are not allowed in the plaza area. Is very central and close to most amenities. Restaurant not available on site and most don’t open until after 10:00 am. Hotel is labeled with a small sign and was hard to find in the shopping center. First thing you see is a door entry with steep and uneven steps up to the second floor to the reception area. They kept our luggage until check in time (3:00 pm) . Room was not noisy from outside noises, even if it’s in front of the main plaza. We had to climb another set of stairs with luggage to our 3rd floor room. Room was clean as well as restroom but shower is slippery and does not have any bars to grab to should you slip. Hotel is still under construction so noise started around 8:00 am. There was dust from Sheetrock sanded and workers were working in stairwell and roof top. Electricity was interrupted twice during our 4 day stay. The first one lasted for about 30 to 40 minutes and the second one around 10 to 15 minutes. It was a good thing the room had a sky light because there was no emergency lighting available.
