"Great location. Unfortunately had poor experience with staff. Checkin was slow and girl was rude and didn’t offer the free bottle of wine we were promised at booking. At checkout when asked about the wine or water —she said we don’t do that. It is written in my reservation confirmation."

"It is a great old venue with a little improvement would be a destination. First get better beds. I have to say in all my 68 years by far the worst bed I ever slept on. Also patio looking over vineyard not cleaned or swept so not useful. The truly positives was the amazing friendly staff. Keep them all and give them raises."

"One of the best stays in Paso! Check in was seamless and the host way beyond helpful. Room was immaculate and very modern. Super convenient have all the amazing shops beneath as well. It was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for! I would definitely recommend this place"

"Beautiful historic hotel with lots of personality. Nice size bathroom and generous size room with a bathtub. Minor complaint is the pillows need to be refreshed. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. They have some gift items and tasty chocolate bars for sale. Easy to park right around the hotel."
