"This hotel is not close to the City center but it’s so worth it. This hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very attentive and they treat you as if you are the only guest there. They also have an amazing restaurant with great food and drinks. The concierge are always available to help and have a taxi ready for you when needed. They also have a great referral for a private transportation service, (Alfredo). He will also offer private tours. "

"El piso del baño no era antiderrapante, cualquier persona puede resbalar y caer (muy peligroso). Teníamos una jarra (sin tapa) con agua para preparar café, no la usamos podría ser agua de la llave. No hay contactos en la habitación, el de la TV qué no supimos como funcionaba estaba hasta el techo casi, no pudimos cargar los cel Fuimos en época de frío, tuvimos que usar cobijas para tapar las puertas y ventanas, pues se colgaba el aire helado por abajo, y a los lados de las puertas y ventanas....

"Lovely hotel, eveything you might need tobfeel at home. Great staff who clearly want you to feel welcome and make the experience. Standard rooms are a little small to fot 2 suitcases and with not much natural light and beds are a little firm (would be perfect with a 3-5cm matress topper), but easily balanced out by the nice communal areas (roodtop + self service bar), good location and modern well appointed rooms."

"Un buen hotel pero las paredes son muy delgadas y todo se escucha del cuarto siguiente, no se si las camas están pegadas en la misma pared pero el vecino puso su celular q las 5 de la mañana y desde esa hora se escuchaba como si estuviera en el mío. "

"Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Room was cleaned and made everyday. Having outdoor pool is great, but it can use some updating. Tiles are falling apart. Location is good.Close enough to walk to the centre or a quick taxi ride (only cost 80 pesos). Some areas definitely need refurbishment especially floor tiles in bathroom and mosquito screen in the room. We had to use bug spray bed time. Restaurant is good. Love the food we chose.the waiting staff just amazing"
