"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Everyone was attentive and truly made our stay a 5-star one. From Ivan, Maria, Filipo and Buba as well as the rest of the staff...

"Great location in Venice, a short walk to St Mark’s Square. Room was consistent with Venetian style decor. Also overlooks the canal and a bridge which makes it a wonderful place for taking photos. Opening the door through the app was not straightforward but there is option to get a physical key instead. Check in was done online and was hassle free. Room was ready when we arrived. Would stay here again."

"Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "

"I booked and paid in full for a stay at Hotel Indigo in Venice. Unfortunately I developed a medical disability which precluded my trip. They have a ZERO refund policy, even when requested well in advance of my arrival date. For an international chain - I find this unacceptable."

"Hotel was great. I think though that I might have been shilled by the VERY early morning night manager. I told him that I had used several mini bar items and he advised that he couldn't take the charge on a CC but would have to pay cash. It was only about $35 USD but then I saw a $35 charge on my CC in addition to my room charges ($3000). I'd stay there again in a heart beat but I would NOT trust a night manager again..."
