"The girl bar tender tried to charge me twice for my drink and food. She ran my card and then charged my room as well.
Be aware that google states that their happy hour and free reception goes until 7:30 and it does not, make sure to call or get in touch with the hotel itself if you are hoping to take advantage of its free reception.
One thing that was nice is that the male bartender who has been there for years idk maybe 8 years? He remembered me as a repeat customer and I felt like that,...

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy.
The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
