The staff are the very best, always able to support you on information and everything you need. The place is do clean, cozy and quite.. I do recommend Hotel El Pulpo.

It was constructed working during the stays Noise all day long you can’t rest or sleep or watching TV Not good at all!!! Not very clean Price ok But, not more time in this hotel for sure

Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience with the noise, we have a construction project neighboring us, we have complained to them several times and we are working to solve it, we apologize. In relation to cleanliness, it seems very strange to us since our main concern is that everything is impeccable for the guest's arrival. We find it strange that he did not communicate anything to us during his stay when you know that we offered to clean it because we saw the mess you had in the room, we must be fair when expressing our opinions. I think we were good hosts, always concerned about making you feel as comfortable as possible.

Everything was good as expected except wifi, range is pretty bad. If staff could speak a little English it would be helpful.

This hotel is just about perfectly on the edge of the tourist, retail, beach, area. The rooms were clean and the staff was awesome and helpful. It worked out really well for us and I would highly recommend them.

They initially told me that my reservation was cancelled because I didn't check in on the check in date and I no longer had reservation. My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight. I arrived the next day. I pre-paid the room for 2 nights. Just glad it worked out after another worker came and granted my reservation. But whew!

It is advertised that they serve breakfast and they never served breakfast at all. Figuring out the TV was also a huge issue. The hotel is clean and safe. Its about a 7 minute walk to the beach area. The front desk it great with helping you out with tours.

Regarding breakfast, if you read our information on Expedia, breakfast is prepared for an additional cost at the request of the client. Regarding the television, he immediately informed us that he did not know how it worked, so we proceeded to explain how it worked. When we are staying somewhere, communication is very important, which is why I kept in touch via WhatsApp and with her wife for any request, to attend to it as soon as possible. Thanks for her comments.

I traveled to Bayahibe for scuba diving, and hotel el Pulpo was 10 minutes away from the beach by walking. There is a shortcut to scuba caribe where I did my dive and excursion. I had an awesome stay, all the staff was super nice and I didn't have any problems. Especially the front desk lady was very kind serving fresh coffee every morning. There is a local Dominican food restaurant around the corner open for lunch. It's pretty cheap, but it's for locals, so eat at your own risk. There is an Italian restaurant also around the corner across from hotel paraiso with good prices and the quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I usually ate there. Don't go to the beach restaurants, they will charge you tourist prices for average food. I also ate at the mexican restaurant Frida in dominicus which was 10 minutes drive. It was really good. There was a construction next door, but they started at 8 am , so I was up before then. At night, there was no bar noise or heavy traffic noise. I would recommend this hotel for people visiting Bayahibe, Dominican people are awesome, be nice to them and don't forget to tip, and they will make sure you will have a good stay .

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, la pulizia è inclusa ma siamo entrati solo con l'autorizzazione del cliente, quindi gli è stato chiesto se la volevano pulita. This is a pleasant hotel, close to the centre of town but not noisy. The room was clean and adequately equipped. I could not make the TV work except on Dominican channels, but that might have been just me.

We had a lovely stay at the Pulpo Comfortable room (could have more shelves/hangers) Good hot water with pressure (most of the time) Easy access to shops/restaurants Not too noisy .. but that will change with the new bus parking and all the new construction around All in all a great little hotel

Es un un hotel sencillo pero muy bien cuidado, todo se ve impecable. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Perfecto para quienes buscan un lugar agradable para pasar la noche en el centro de Bayahibe, muy buena relación precio / calidad.

Increíble lugar para hospedarse, más que un hotel te sientes como en casa, las personas son muy amables siembre al pendiente de ti, nos ayudaron muchísimo y nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones. Las habitaciones son limpias y bonitas Tienen una cocina donde puedes comer, el desayuno es por encargo pero vale la pena, También te pueden preparar de cenar o te encargan la cena, el ambients y la platica inigualables. Totalmente regresaría a hospedarme ahí, aparte súper seguro
