"Wonderful hot springs. Exceeded my expectations. And that view?? Unforgettable. Breakfast was FABULOUS. The only thing is that I could hear my neighbors pretty clearly and the excursions were pricyy (but I think still worth getting because they were easily accessible and so fun!). "Loved everything about it except the food and drinks are really expensive. Thankfully breakfast was included in our stay and was really good but lunch and dinner was a no for us, too pricey even the drinks so we def took Astor happy hour but one get one but you can’t mix the order."

"The staff is always very helpful, cheery and accomodating. Checkin is always a breeze, the shuttle for the Gastronomic Route is efficient and reliable to take us to quality food options (rePUBlic is a favourite) and the breakfast is healthy, plentiful and well cared for by the staff (Minor was a kind and caring manager of the food and gave us nice insights into the various fruits available). Bravo team Alajuela HI."
