"Fiorenza was so lovely and helpful, she met us on check in and check out. Gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The place was really nice and in a good central location."

"The hotel is brand new, so everything felt super clean, the rooms were really spacious. The breakfast was great too! The location is also perfect, just 5mins walking from the main areas. But the best part of our stay was definitely Cinzia. She was so lovely and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here!!!!!"

"Everything about this stay was beautiful. Spacious room, bathroom, and dining area. Outside had a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, a balcony overlooking La Monachile, and an upstairs area with a private hot tub. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect - 2 minute walk to the beach and old town. Couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"Imponente habitación con privilegiada vista al mar en Polignano. Ayuda para todo: reserva de restaurantes, recomendaciones de tour, estacionamiento... conectados por Whatsapp en todo momento. Recomendadísimo!!!"

"First we need to give the family (staff) that runs this fantastic hotel 10 stars, 5 stars just not enough. Super helpful in recommending many restaurants, a winery tour, where to park, etc. Also went above and beyond helping us sort out an issue with a Viator boat trip we wanted to cancel. They pepared fantastic breakfasts. Wonderful, fun people we are glad to have met. The room spotless, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent!"

"The location is great! Just a short walk from the famous Lama-Monachile beach and one block from the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and shops. It's a lot of fun. In addition, we were welcomed by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect with exception of the shower that while it is fancy and powerful, it could use a door to prevent the water from spilling into the bathroom floor. We really liked our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. We would...

"Would return"

"Spectacular setting with beautiful outdoor oceanside terrace and bar! This is the main reason for positive rating despite problems listed below. Several shortcomings with the rooms. AC did not work and was not repaired despite bringing this to management twice during our stay. We had to leave windows open and woke up each morning with mosquito bites. Room layout is odd, with the shower and sink next to the bed and separate smaller room for toilet. No exhaust fan in room/bathroom. Problems with...

"The suites are located in the old town, so in the heart of all that’s going on. Cosimo was very helpful, informative and took us to our room overlooking the old bridge and beach below. We had a Juliette balcony, so if you want one with a table and chairs to sit out…book that room. Our room itself was nicely furnished - beach theme and was clean. Outside our door however, there were cigarette butts and we came back to a couple of teenagers smoking on the terrace (which explained the cig...

"We booked the two bedroom jacuzzi penthouse. While the staff was helpful and the room nice, there were a few issues we were surprised by. First, the room was not at the property location listed here. Instead, it was several blocks away, outside the centre, making the breakfast and use of the spa facilities inconvenient, especially given that I was using crutches to get . It was on the fourth floor with no elevator. we had to pay extra to open the second bedroom"

"I really wanted to like this property. From the pictures it looked like the perfect little getaway. It was far from that. It was hell for a week. The deluxe suite was nothing further from old, dirty, musty and hot. The AC wasn’t working. The paint in the kitchen was peeling off the walls with mould, the AC was old and not working properly, it just couldn’t cool the rooms. By rooms I mean bedroom entrance and kitchen with two twin bunk beds and was so hot. The bunk beds are definitely not for...

"We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you very much!"
