"I need 5 more stars to review this magical stay. Being inside Casa Arrona is like being in a sanctuary, and the staff is above and beyond helpful and accommodating. I had no idea when I decided to stop by the communal table during breakfast hours, that I would be served the best breakfast of my life. I was so grateful that they were able to arrange my transportation and follow up so promptly with any questions I had. What an absolute dream, and an honor to stay there. I cannot wait to return."

"We LOVED our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful and always offered us something to drink when we returned to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet; we slept so well here. A special shoutout to Jorge for going above and beyond. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"Love it a bit confusing getting in there because there are not signs that says the Hotel name other then that was good"

"This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Oaxaca. It’s centrally located, making it easier to explore the city yet tucked away enough to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a much-needed nights sleep after a full day of sightseeing. The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile, made us feel generally welcome, but the bar especially stood out. They were attentive, friendly, and created a warm and inviting experience. There was truly nothing negative about our...

"Muy buen servicio G muy amable su personal gracias por sus atenciones"

"Room: The junior suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was some neighboring loud music noise from the day of the dead festivities but it would be a lot louder closer to the city center and probably not an issue for most of the year. Potable water is provided. Food: Continental breakfast was included but limited so we ordered a la carte dishes for breakfast. Simple dinner menu items are available. Staff: everyone was very helpful including the concierge service. Location:...

"We are a family of 6. We all fit more than comfortable with lots of room. The staff were very nice and attentive. The place was safe and secured. The location was perfect! Ten minutes away from everything walking distant. There is a little coffee shop called “Cafe Rustiko” best breakfast only 3 min aways. Pan-AM was delicious too only 4 min away. Tacos El Roy only 8 min walk as well Bomb!!!!! Great experience for our family!"

"Large room, clean and had a kitchenette with a mini fridge that had two waters two beers and a coke. Coffee provided. Great room with even better location to the square. We would definitely stay there again."

"It is close to the city center. It's clean and you get free bottle of water per day."

"A bit noisy as rooms not very sound proof. It was clean and nice looking and is right next to an inexpensive public parking. Close to lots of places including the Zócalo. I stayed here alone while I found permanent housing"

"I really enjoyed my private room. Bed and pillows were comfortable, however, the towels were too old. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They also had a lot of activities and tours to attend. Met a lot of amazing travelers from all over the world!"
