Nicely renovated property, great beds, helpful staff and in walking distance of so many fun shops and great place to eat! Fun pool for families! Highly recommend this place. We’ll be back :)"

"Great place to stay while passing through. This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at. They had these great little lemon poppyseed scones and a nice whole wheat bread that were very good. The waffle maker had a blueberry option that the kiddos loved. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. We would and likely will stay here again on a future trip. "

"Hotel is tired and old, fine to rest your head but our room the air con unit was busted and incredibly loud if on. Beds were comfy enough and pool looked fine (small). Not my favourite place to stay but would use if I couldn’t go anywhere else "

"I reserved a king bed room and they gave me a double queen bed room. Tried to fix problem at front desk twice but lady didn’t care at all! Had a room above us that was so noisy we couldn’t sleep! Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable! I couldn’t believe we had such poor service and poor quality mattress from a Hilton hotel! Will not stay at a Tru by Hilton ever again!!!!"

"FILTHY carpet. We had a very dirty bedspread that we asked to have changed. Nope, they made the bed with the sheet tucked over it to try to hide it. ICK. They had shower curtains that were so short they would not have stayed in the shower so we had to request one. It came immediately but we had to put it in ourselves. THEN when they remade the room the next day they did the same thing...took out the longer curtain and replaced it with a short one!!!!!!"
