Room expectations overstated on Expedia
Elevator dreadfully slow
Oceanview could mean looking out a window and not the balcony
Balcony doors on one of our rooms was not usable due to building maintenance but sold as a ocean view balcony room.
For the expectations given by the website, the room conditions did not deliver. It wasn't trashed or extremely dirty but was overstated on the websites. Our two rooms were four floors apart in different towers initially and then moved to the same tower but still four floors apart. The room was not terrible but greatly overstated."
