"Ate in the bar area. Excellent food and knowledgeable about gluten free requirements. Room was well decorated and some nice finishing touches. My only criticism was that the shower should be updated"

"We really enjoyed our stay. I am a scrounge when paying for meals out But we thought the evening meal was good value. The waiters where very helpful and helped to make it a great success. ONE FAULT WAS I DIDN'T REALISE YOU HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. BEFORE WARNED.! Thankfully a lovely member of staff (Marie) sorted it. "

"second time of staying. Helpful staff and a comfortable room. Nice to have tea and coffee making. Bar is open for food or just a drink. As I was visiting my daughter I didn't have any breakfast. Have eaten an evening meal and it was good quality and value for money"

"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."
