The staff was extremely helpful. Off street parking was available. Mostly all things were in walking distance. However, we rented a golf cart directly from Harriet House to explore the whole island. I would definitely recommend this location!

Very well maintained place. Better than staying in a hotel. The only thing I might say could be improved is the pricing. It is a bit exspensive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and experience. We traveled with 6 girls for a long weekend stay and the room accommodated us perfectly. Tiffany was extremely helpful and attentive any time we needed anything.

We spent one night here for our anniversary vacation. It was a very nice and quiet place to stay. It located in a very convenient area, close to many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. I would recommend it for those couples who are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I loved it both times. It's close to the main strip and 2 minute walk from the Reel Bar. Favorite thing about this staying here is that it has a porch area outside of the room and we can sit, relax, have a drink and people watch if we didn't want to be at the bar (I'm not sure if all the rooms are like this but I've only stayed in the rooms facing the main street). Our room was clean and the staff is always helpful. We didn't have a car but we brought our ebikes in which there was an area in the back we could lock them up. Def one of my top 2 places on the island.

We were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile when we arrived. We were shown to our room and given information about the amenities. We rented a golf cart from them at $15/hr. This is a family run b. We met most of the family and they were all great and helpful.

You have to pay $15 a day to park your car and/or golf cart at the property. The mattress is like sleeping on concrete. The water in the shower takes a while to warm up and doesn’t have great water pressure. Other than that, room was fine. Not dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still offering the convenience of free parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Room was clean, there were a few stains on the carpet, but you could tell that staff had tried to clean them. Main issue was neighbors were smoking weed in their room constantly. Spoke to the staff, and was told that they checked and couldn’t smell anything. The overwhelming smell every time we walked into the small entrance way area, really ruined the experience for us.

Harriet's is a clean, functional place to sleep and shower if that's what you are looking for. The staff were friendly, but do not go above or beyond to be helpful. Linda, who checked me in was very sweet. No amenities whatsoever. If you forget your toothpaste or a razor, you are on your own. There is a sign in the room asking you to strip your own bed, take out the trash, and put used towels in the tub -- the last of which, I would do anyway. While I was not expecting Hilton service or conditions, it was more spare than I expected, but it was very clean and quiet, which I appreciated, given that I was on the island for a conference.
