This is my favorite place to stay when we come because of the location and the upgrades to the safety. We are able to have a good breakfast which sets for a good day.

They need to make inspections on things like bathtubs, they tend to get clogged up easily. Other than that, customer service is great!😁

The property had a really great location for what we were looking for. It was very reasonably priced. The staff was really great. The manager Zach takes care of you.

Really enjoyed our stay,Zack and the other staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable,everyone was so welcoming and helpful,will stay here again in the future,keep up the good work

The hotel manager was great, got us in there and made it all go smooth. Checked us in quickly and got us a room on our floor preference. No problems whatsoever

The hotel just looked run down, you could hear people through the walls the flooring was just coming apart mold in the cracks ofthe bath tub Whatever they used to try to.cpber up the smell of the room it was so stong you could taste it. You had no way to air out your room the worse part we didnt even have any hot water. The beds were not the best the blankets and.sheets were pretty.weinkled.which typically means they are not clean. The workers were never present always had to go on a chase to find them. I definitely wont stay again. I felt dirty staying I did mention some above issues and Zack the manager did apologize and did say I would get some comp on my room.

Pool wasn't operable our jet tub in room ran out of hot water very fast so couldnt fill it up. Bed was comfy room was clean. Had a lake view but the outside was very unkept.

The hotel is older so things were not perfect but the atmosphere was great. The staff were amazing and were very helpful. The manager Zach was awesome he made sure me and my client had what we needed. Our rooms were clean. The pool and patio area was very relaxing. Zach made sure to keep it maintained several times throughout the day. From start to finish we were pleased with our stay.

The Staff was very helpful but food was running out of breakfast. The room was neat but paint in the bathroom looked like smeared toothpaste on the base boarders. The location was beautiful on Lake Erie. It was handy for visit in Port Clinton area. The price was good but the Beakfast was not worth eating there.
