"When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up."

"The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations."

"Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it...

"Parking was free at the back of the inn with entrance to the upstairs and rooms. Zee and Ed were friendly people and enjoyed talking to them. Zee checked to make sure everything was good with our room. Woud stay again if visiting area."

"We arrived early by 2 hours at had to finish drying sheets. The condo was hot and fan going full speed. Air conditioner did not work. Called host and she said she would have someone come look at it. Never happened. Also host told us she was having trouble with front door lock before we checked in. We could never get door locked ! Made us very nervous and had to leave entire condo unlocked for our stay. Called host and was never addressed. We feel Host knew both problems before we checked...
