"We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!"

"The bar staff were extremely rude and basically non existent. We came in to have a drink and appetizers before going to our event, I went up to the bar to put our order in and the girl behind the bar was too busy talking with her friends. I stood there for at least 4-5 minutes and she looked at me twice, rolled her eyes and went back to talking with her friends. We just left after that."

"You should just be aware that the room does not have blackout shades so if you need blackout shades, you should bring something for Eye covering! They do provide earplugs which you might very well feel like you need. Overall, it’s a very cool property with lots of interesting shops on the first floor and plenty of places to pick up your favorite drinks! 😜"

"Cons: To start with, when entering the building - it smelled like a cat litter box. We knew it was pet friendly, but this was over the top. My wife is allergic to cats (pet dander), so she was highly medicated throughout the weekend. 1 of the exits (fire doors) was locked and labeled as Non Working. Both Handicapped Assist buttons at main entrance were tagged and Out of Service. The Pool / Hot Tub had a sign on the door that they were Out of Service by order of the Health Department. Our...

"Great location - close to the highway and places to eat"

"The staff was friendly. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. The pool was so much fun. Our room was spacious, had plenty of space to lay out all our bags. And the bathroom sink counter large enough for all our stuff. Room seemed quiet, not a lot of noise coming through the walls. Some spots in room was less than perfectly clean."

"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. "Room was clean , bathroom clean but could use some work on walls around the shower, rusty and plasters needs fixed. Also fan on ceiling had duct tape over the sensor, and needed cleaned. weird place for coffee kuerig , it was in the dresser on a pull out shelf, weird and inconvenient to use. Breakfast was good and variety. No mustard for sausage. Staff was friendly."

"Expedia double booked to my room so I ended up paying for two rooms. The first room was on first floor looking at the parking lot and construction, and the shade would not go down. Staff seemed ill trained and uninformed."

"Overall it was a great place. The ONLY THING that was disappointing is the hair dryers in the rooms. I have literally never seen such a small dryer with no power. It was smaller then my hand and there’s no way it would’ve dried my hair in less than 3 hours. It literally was like a kids toy hair dryer. I’m glad I looked at it before I washed my hair. "The pool wasn't open and I wasn't told until it was too late to cancel my reservation. That's probably the main draw of the hotel. The room was VERY clean and awesome. Thank you! Why would a hotel with such a huge empty lot charge a nightly parking fee for someone already paying over $200 for a room in Fargo, ND? That makes no sense at all. Why are the bathrooms so crappy?
