Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. "I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!"

Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. "We loved our stay at Alila Diwa and would absolutely recommend it. We stayed outside of peak season which meant we were able to upgrade to Diwa club for a really reasonable price and I'd recommend doing the same, if you're able to; the rooms are spacious and bathrooms actually feel separate to the main bedroom/living area, plus you get access to the sundowners at Bistro. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite.
