"A lovely quiet clean hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Sunbeds were very easy to get, even in the afternoon! It is a very quiet laid back hotel, which is just what we wanted! We will definitely go back. Their restaurant in the cliffs was excellent and highly recommend going!"

"Die Kirche - genau daneben - ist mir zu laut gewesen. Alle 15 Minuten hat sie Laute abgegeben und in der Nacht. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da zu laut. Drinnen hat mit der Klima etwas nicht gestimmt, war zu kalt bzw. ließ sich nicht regulieren. Lage war aber ganz gut, man kann zu Fuß nach Victoria laufen. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious which I appreciated. However, it would have made a world of a difference to me if they provided and not charged for hotel slippers. These should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel. One other improvement point would be if they provided bottles of water as well with the room, given Maltese water is too salty to drink. These are low-cost amenities that would have made this stay 5 stars."

"We had mixed feelings about our stay. Our arrival didn’t get off to the best start. We were taken all the way to the fifth floor via a connecting wing, only for the member of staff to realise after around 15 minutes in the heat that she didn’t have the room key. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. "For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy. The reception is not 24 hours. Oh parking is a total nightmare. We were there five days and only once did we manage to park close to the hotel and that was luckily on the last day. The rest of the time it was a five to ten minute walk. To the nearest car park"

"From the moment we stepped in, till we checked-out, we felt important. Customer service is above and beyond, from front desk, to the barman at the pool, we felt they were happy to be there and always wanted to make sure all was well. Breakfast is fantastic. Don’t hesitate, book it."

We had an issue with the noise from the hotel behind (Santana ) from the cooling tower, we asked to change room at 1.15 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. We asked for a room at the front, the staff were so helpful with us moving rooms. We have stayed here many times, this is the first time we have had a problem which was the hotel behinds fault not the Mayflower’s."
