Hotel murah di Sant Fost de Campsentelles

"They said you could have four in a room but made us get another room for the for of us due to my teenage daughter’s. They were extremely rude at desk and throughout hotel. Our room smelled like smoke even though they said it was a non smoking room. Someone unlocked and open our daughters room in the night and they heard it but the front desk said that there was no other entry by there log. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here for your stay and pool use was minimal with only 10 chairs...

"The property overall was lovely. Our room was not that clean. It also needed work. The toilet seat was dirty with dried bodily fluids, the bathroom was damaged on the bottom. The public areas were wonderful. Shuttle service was very nice."

"They Charge for everything including breakfast. Shuttle service driver in the morning was rough and drove to fast and would not turn on air conditioning becausr she coild not understand english."

"Sadly when we got into our room the towels provided were wet, but as soon as we asked fresh towels were bought up. WiFi was good for the first three days then as it got busy it stopped working. We were given wine and cava for our anniversary with chocolate strawberries which was lovely. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bar upstairs was great one night but then as it got busy it took 30mins for us to be served which was a shame. Overally 4/5 experience."

"I gave this place three stars because the amenities are not as described. The pool is actual one single jacuzzi and the other jacuzzi was closed. The gym very tiny, and when I was there the staff let three girls change and shower in the gym area. I asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t there. I asked for the manager to contact me about the incident and he did not. It was unprofessional. The front door area was under construction the entire time. The first room I was given didn’t match the...
