"This was a great stay. The staff was amazing. The property is beautiful. Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . For the times I did go into the city, the Uber drivers were great, and I felt safe the entire time. I must note…this hotel...

"The air conditioning was not functioning adequately, I turned it down as much as possible but the room was still stuffy and hot. The bar fridge was also not functioning adequately and the drinks inside were warm. And surely 2 bottles of Prosecco should be provided for 2 occupants?"

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was kind and welcoming. But the best part of our stay was the concierge, Bernie. He helped us with everything from booking excellent restaurants to arranging our train tickets and rental car. He made our trip so easy and enjoyable. "We only stayed for one night but the hotel staff was exceptional. I liked the clean room however the shower had a bit of grim which for a four star hotel is not good. They advertise that there is 24 hour free shuttle service which is not true. But the staff was so nice to help us get taxi. The location of the hotel is incredible. For a short stay, I would recommend people to stay here."

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here. The staff was very helpful. We had the unfortunate experience of not arriving with our luggage. When our luggage was FINALLY scheduled to get to the hotel, I asked the staff to let us know when all our bags arrived immediately, regardless of the time, and that's exactly what they did at 12:30am :) The breakfast was also good, I just wish they would vary it a little more on a day to day basis.
