"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Overall a nice hotel with reputation of Crowne Plaza. One was inconvenient was that there was no power outlets on the bedside which I don’t ever recall any hotels don’t have outlet by the night table. You have to plug your phone charger on the TV wall, that wasn’t convenient at all. The coffee at breakfast was very good!"

"We appreciated the great breakfast to begin our day and that was included with our room cost. Loved the fact that there are actually 2 seating areas in the room for the comfort of 2 people! (which is unusual!). Loved that the room is refreshed each day & towels replaced when necessary. Enjoyed the opportunity to simply go and sit in the lobby when we felt like we needed more space. Enjoyed the fact that it is possible to bring a pizza and drink back to our room in the evening. Found all the...

"The staff overall were fantastic! At check in, they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The housecleaning was also prompt with a small request. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of sauces, jam, toppings for the fresh baked croissants and yogurt. Great drink selection as well! The room was clean and modern. Loved the brick walls and sloped ceilings. Overall a fantastic stay! "
