"Fantastic location.....great room....and staff was amazing. Only drawback is that it is not directly on a canal but i will trade the quiet for the bustle of a canal. The afternoon tea was an added plus. Oh, one other minor issue. While breakfast was great, scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. I will never stay anywhere else in Venice. They make you feel at home."

"Perfect place to stay in Venice. It’s right at the Rialto waterbus station and a10 min walk to San Marco Piazza. The hotel has a great full service restaurant, and the buffet style breakfast is included for guests at the hotel. Our room with a double bed was small but well appointed, and the bathroom was big. They do provide a shower/hair bath wash combo and bars of soap. "

"We stayed here both before and after our cruise. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is wonderful. A huge plus for this hotel is that the train has a station right behind the hotel (we never heard it though). The trains go right in to the city of Venice, but also convenient to get to car rentals (just one stop away) which is also a train hub to go to other major cities in Italy. The daily breakfast buffet is exceptional - cost is 9 euros, but well worth it - many hot dishes, pastries, beverages. Just a warning for Americans traveling here - be sure to bring travel converters/transformers for your electrical needs. There are no USB chargers in the rooms…."
