"Small small rooms. Hard for Lyft drivers to navigate to the check in entrance. It’s in the back. When I arrived there was no attendant available and we waiting a long time for the room to be ready. Dust on the wooden declarations."

"The location was great. Right at the pier and on the main street with all the cafes, restaurants, shops and activities. Within walking to all the waterfront activities. Public transportation nearby. Stayed for two nights expecting a 4 star room and we've had plenty of nicer 3 star rooms. Refrigerator did not work, toilet seat would not stay up and shower control was broken. The tv was old, not a smart tv, with limited tv stations. No netflix or Bluetooth connection. Website says all...

"Palihouse Santa Barbara is a fantastic boutique hotel in downtown, offering easy, walkable access to State Street and the beach. The rooms are incredibly clean, and our room's balcony provided the perfect additional space for outdoor relaxation. The staff is wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Best of all, it is highly pet-friendly—our dog absolutely enjoyed the stay! It is a great spot to come and enjoy Southern California. Will stay here again!"
