"I had an amazing stay at the Pacific Crest. I was a last minute book because the airbnb my family rented misportrayed how many beds it had. The first night the TV did not work in the room and hotel staff went out of their way to remedy the issue that had occurred due to a weather power outage. When it could not be fixed, they upgraded me and put me in the penthouse suite. It was amazing and I had a great few days at the Pacific Crest. Thank you!"

"It was just right. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect for State St walking, shopping, dining but it was also quiet (not close enough to noisy nightlife to cause lost sleep). I saw a few reviews mention the rooms were small and while they weren't built for say, four to hang out, we 3 had plenty of space in a two-queen room. The bathroom also had decent space. I'd absolutely stay there again. "
