"This was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Santa Barbara. It's not fancy but it's well renovated, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was in a convenient location. Breakfast was adequate, though would have been nicer if there were some form of protein like eggs available. ..."

"Good location clean and great amenities. Don’t go by the name. The front office staff was like so many other motels unfriendly or incompetent. But I guess you have to live with it. Ignore them and enjoy the property"

"Everything about the Avania was great. The room was clean and had great amentities, and the staff was nice and provided great service. I would definitely stay there again."

"We loved the location and the breakfast was excellent! Parking was super easy and check in was easy too! Our room was a little bit small and dark, but all in all, we loved the property. The price for the night was very reasonable!"
