"We were allowed to check in 45 min early, but the room we were in had rust on the sink and toilet, there were only 2 towels for showering and there were 2 of us, the people next door were smoking outside and it came into our room, we called the front desk and they moved us. My concern is we were told the other guests come often, but they went to them then came to us, to tell us they let them know of our complaint. Then the fridge in our new room leaked, housecleaning and Mtnce were quick to fix...

"The staff is extremely responsive and makes sure guest's needs are met. I experienced a leak in the bathroom but it was handled within a couple of minutes and I was able to move rooms. The a/c is a bit tricky if you're in a room facing west but the overall cleanliness is certainly acceptable."

"No one was on site when we went to check in after 3pm. There was a note on the door with a phone number that went straight to voicemail. The sign said that they would be back in 30 minutes, but they were not. Calling the front desk rang forever. No one picked up, no way to leave voicemail. Other than that, our stay was fine."
